Cut Graphic Films

3M Scotchcal 50 is a 3-mil calendered vinyl film, available in 28 colors. The film has a clear, pressure-sensitive film with a blue liner on the white films, for easier visibility when weeding, and a white liner on all other film colors. Use this versatile film in both indoor and outdoor applications for thermal mass transfer and electronic cutting. It is removable with heat for up to three years and permanent for up to five years. This 3-mil film may be printed with thermal mass transfer and electronically cut.

3M Scotchcal Series 80

These excellent cast films are a range of coloured films that have been specially developed to be knife cut on electronic systems. The film range is available in 84 colours including 8 metallic tones. Series 80 films have good conformability for application on flat or moderate curved surfaces, with or without rivets. They are excellent for easy cutting of small letters or complex graphics.

These high performance premium cast films are a range of colored films that have been specially developed to be knife cut on electronic systems. 3M™ Scotchcal™ Opaque Graphic Film Series 100 films have very good conformability for application on flat or moderate curved surfaces, with or without rivets. They are outstanding for easy cutting of small letters or complex graphics. The colorless adhesive suits this material for use on windows or other transparent substrates.

Kemica TM3000

High quality monomeric calendered 70µm vinyl, gloss, coated with an environmental friendly acrylic dispersion pressure sensitive adhesive (semi-permanent). A perfect glossy face film in addition to high flexibility and conformability make the product suitable also for non-smooth surfaces. Especially designed for vehicle lettering, decorating of windows, signs, etc. with excellent plotting, weeding and application characteristics.

3M Reflective Series SC580

These flexible, enclosed-lens and retroreflective films are designed for commercial vehicle and railroad graphics according to ECE104. Scotchlite™ Reflective Graphic Film Series 580E show good visibility at day and night-time, and also offer excellent retroreflective angularity performance. Series 580E retains most of its retroreflectivity when totally wet. The film resists fuel vapors or occasional spills.

3M EGP Prismatic 3430

3M™ Engineer Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3430 is a non-metalized microprismatic lens retroreflective sheeting designed for production of reflective commercial signs and noncritical traffic control signs that are exposed vertically in service. Series 3430 sheeting can easily be identified by the visible integral “EGP” marking. When applied to properly prepared sign substrates, Series 3430 sheeting provides long-term reflectivity and durability.
